Getting low cost computer has been a nightmare. I ordered a computer was given wrong information of the purchase, reordered the computer it was canceled called comcast to reset the portal they tell me to call Dell call Dell they say to call Comcast needless to say the portal hasn't been reset only get runaround from both companies so I'm unable to get the computer because they claim that no one knows how to reset the portal. I asked if there was store to purchase it was told 3 times go to the comcast store you can purchase it there only to travel for almost an hour to be told you can't buy a computer from the store smh
