Eligibility Requirements
Clients must live in a participating county, must meet income qualifications for your county (80% of the area median income) and must be serviced by a participating utility company (see Energy Outreach Colorado's website for a complete list of companies).

Cost Details
Assessments start at $49 then increase incrementally based on the square footage of your home. Price reflects cost after local and Xcel Energy rebates. The cost will differ for Mountain Parks Electric or Colorado Natural Gas customers.
