The Guaranteed Ride Home program provides reimbursement for transportation expenses home for employees who do not drive alone to work when unexpected circumstances arise such as an unexpected illness or emergency, unscheduled overtime, or a broken vehicle. If an emergency arises, the employee can get a fully reimbursed taxi ride or car rental to get to the emergency.
