"the site was fairly easy to navigate. and any questions i had were answered in short order, when i called the toll-free complaint line for verification. i had a letter with a case number with in a week. thank you. the only thing i need to do is attach my exhibits to support my complaint. at this point i am waiting for your instructions on delivery of exhibit addendum.
