In April 2012, GHA launched Job Training & Entrepreneurial Program (JTEP) for Public Housing residents and Housing Choice Voucher participants. The purpose of JTEP is to empower residents to build their own wealth and provide them with economic opportunities. Many of our residents experience a sense of hopelessness because of their inability to become gainfully employed. GHA provides residents with the opportunity to receive on the job training skills.
