SonomaWORKS is a four-week employment and training program for Sonoma County residents who receive TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families). The services help participants prepare themselves to obtain and keep a job and to become independent of the welfare system. Services include: job search workshops, work experience, resume writing, and interviewing, networking, life skills training, and problem solving skills, and voicemail access and bus passes.
