CDS Family and Behavioral Health Services
SNAP, which stands for "Stop Now and Plan" is a 13 week program for children ages 6-11 and their families. SNAP helps children learn how to effectively manage their emotions and "keep problems small," through communication, problem solving, and behavior management.

Monday - Thursday | 9 am - 7 pm |
---|---|
Friday | 9 am - 5 pm |
