Consejo created housing facilities that provide the housing necessary for patients who are living with chronic mental illness, history of chronic homelessness, or domestic violence survivors to attain stability and the opportunity for the patients to receive the treatment, case management, and/or referral services that empower them to take control of their own lives and thus prepare them for successful transition to independent living in their own community.
