BCBSNM contracts with ModivCare (formerly LogistiCare) for transportation services. Call ModivCare on Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm at least three working days prior to your appointment to schedule a ride. Call 866-288-3133 for TTY.

Schedule

Call at least three working days before your routine appointment to schedule a ride. If you do not call at least three working days before your appointment, your request may be denied. The three-day notice does not apply to urgent care.
