Community Boards’ Conflict Coaching Program provides confidential one-on-one sessions that assist individuals in addressing and problem-solving a professional or personal issue. Coaches help individuals understand their current situation and form different perspectives, identify the perceived needs and interests of the other side, and select tools to address, manage, and resolve the conflict.

Sessions are 1.5 hours and can be held in person, online, or by telephone.

Cost Details
If you choose Conflict Coaching as a standalone service, a standard case opening fee of $50–$100 applies, with additional sessions available at $45 each.
