AHRC New York City Train & Earn Culinary Services program is aimed at New York City youth ages 16-24 who are not in school or employed. The 15-week program is based in Manhattan and focuses on teaching culinary skills, offering work-readiness training, resume building, interview preparation, and occupational skills training. Participants also receive food handler certificates. The program provides a daily stipend of $20 based on attendance and participation, and offers job placement services after completion, with one year of follow-up services to ensure successful employment.
