Appeal a Rent Administrator's order

New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR)

An owner or tenant who wants to appeal an HCR Rent Administrator's order may file a Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) with the Office of Rent Administration (ORA).
Schedule
A PAR must be filed within 35 days of the issuance date of a Rent Administrator’s order, not the date received by any party. There are no extensions to the filing date requirement.
