QueensCare Health Centers′ counselors help new and existing patients understand what health insurance programs exist, how they work, and what they may qualify for. Advocates help patients complete the applications and follow up to ensure the patients are covered for the medical care they need. All new QueensCare Health Centers patients will go through a benefit screening process during their first appointment.
