Eligibility Requirements

Resident of La Mirada, Income limits apply. Applicant must be on the title and occupy the property. Home must be a single-family detached home. Must have homeowners insurance. Property taxes must be paid. Liens and encumbrances must not exceed 80% of fair-market value.
