Contra Costa County Veterans Service Office
Contra Costa Veterans Service Office helps to apply for pensions for wartime veterans who are disabled for reasons not related to military service or turned 65. The Disability Pension program is for income eligible Veterans with 90 days of service (1 day during war era), 65 years old, or totally and permanently disabled. There is an asset max of generally $129,094 (not including home or vehicle).
