"I have a major issue going on with my utilities and I've been asking for help for years significantly High bills unexplained I applied to certain agencies they deny me for unjust reasons I was recently approved by this company and they finally did their job and got me enrolled into The CARE program I got the note and everything I was super excited cuz that would help cuz I'm a low income single mother with a 4 year old and a disabled son at home and then I called them to see when it was starting because I kept calling Consumers and I noticed the bill is getting higher and higher they had the audacity to not even call me and let me know I had to call them and find out what was going on and they said we have no funds the audacity of them not to even let me know and here it is months later and my bills creeping up again income hasn't changed and I'm still not enrolled into The CARE program like okay you're out of fun but you're already approved me for it what's the deal am I going to get back in it they don't even tell me nothing they don't care"
