The National Asylum Help Line is designed to help asylum seekers find free legal services and immigration attorneys where they live. If you call the help line, you will be given the names and phone numbers of legal services organizations who may be able to represent you. Through its National Asylum Help Line, The Advocates for Human Rights also connects families released from U.S. immigration detention centers across the nation with free legal services near where they live. Callers receive basic legal screening, information about the legal process, and referrals to agencies in areas in which they live.
