"emailed Ms Williams Jan 29,19 & was told that their program is very small only for 4-6 families each month, wait list starts on the 1st of each month, she'll take my info but unlikely to get to me as she already has many families this month, also they have to be from El Monte Area, low income or have children. She suggested 211 & Family Solutions. Neither worked unfortunately!"
