"it was way more than i expected so with that being said, you have to come with the right attitude for a patient because the people that are helping us is their job to make it uncomfortable for them. they're just gonna think that you're unreasonable and ok well now watch it. you know these people are not here to help us recap on our negligence help they're here to help us fix the negligence."
