"It's one thing to not like your job... it's a completely self-centered, ignorant thing to spend upto five minutes telling a person who's just lost their spouse of many years, their home, family and life, how much they resent having to work "manditory overtime", and can't take any PTO when they want it! I'm not expecting, nor asking, for sympathy... divorces happen... bad divorces happen... but I've received better treatment, and certainly, much more attention to detail from the Oakland DMV staff. MAYBE...these two State run, and Taxpayer provided service personnel should switch jobs for a month... you know... get the DMV to give this court a refresher in courtesy AND re-explain what they were hired to do in the first place. Otherwise, here's my best suggestion... "QUIT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT..." Get the F**k OUT! Give the job to someone who does want it and will take care."
