This program provides a foundation to work in various counseling disciplines including housing counselor or student loan counselor. Students learn how to coach clients in building strong credit, spending analysis, improving money management behaviors and more. Upon completing the course and passing the examinations graduates receive a Financial Health Counseling Certification and Credit Counseling Certification from the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors. This self-paced course consists of 105 hours over 6 months.
