Project Sentinel offers a workshop for first-time buyers which covers the basics of the purchase process, including credit score, loans, how to choose a real estate agent and applications and forms. Classes meet HUD requirements for obtaining a HUD certificate which is needed for various BMR (Below Market Rate), BMP (Below Market Program), and DPA (Down Payment Assistance) programs.
