The Phipps Neighborhoods Career Network: Healthcare program is a free 10-week career exploration, job readiness and training program for young adults ages 18 - 30 years old. The goal of the program is to help youth interested in working in the healthcare sector receive job placement assistance for employment at Montefiore Medical Center (and/or other healthcare employer partners), attend college or university education, or continue their education through a State Recognized Certification Program at Hostos Community College (funded by Phipps Neighborhoods). Weekly stipend provided.

Able pass a drug test by the start of the internship, pass a background check by the start of the internship.,
