Request relief from property tax lien sales, tax warrants, and judgments for military personnel

DOF allows military personnel and their spouses or dependents to request relief from property tax lien sales, tax warrants, parking judgments, and the enforcement of Environmental Control Board judgments.
Schedule
For your relief to be granted effective July 1 (the beginning of the new property tax year), your application must be complete and postmarked by March 15. If March 15 falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is the next business day.
