Information Status
The Fetal Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) Program provides grief/bereavement support and case review to families who have experienced a pregnancy loss at 20 weeks gestation or greater or the death of an infant up to 1 year old. Referral is required.
Eligibility Requirements
Parents,
Resident of Contra Costa County,
Recently experienced infant death or fetal loss. Clients must be referred by a hospital, clinic, the Office of Vital Registry, case management program, or other perinatal provider.
