"The customer service staff was helpful. They answered questions regarding the auctions, and own it now. However, the same cannot be said for some of the people in the departments. The operations department was unable to open a pdf application that they asked me to send to them. After repeatedly emailing the pdf ( in order to make sure there was no problem on my end , I sent the pdf to two other people, who had no problem opening it.) After two days , I actually had to make an appointment to deliver the documents in person ! This is the only entity , out of 5 other businesses, that I encountered this problem with. Of course, , I was able to process the payment for the property that I purchased. From them, with no problems at all. Their system is incompatible with most current operating systems in use today. The website that houses the auction, and Own it now , is full of glitches and needs to be upgraded."
