Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY)

The STAY FLY Program is a reentry program for justice-involved youth ages 18-21 (Santa Clara County) and ages 18-25 (Alameda and San Mateo Counties). The program provides social and emotional skills development, case management, education, and mentors.
Schedule
Beginning in custody, and continues to be supported by FLY staff as youth transition back into the community. 12 months program.
