Heart to Home is an art healing program that assists youth impacted by cancer. Through creative activities and group sharing, participants are supported in dealing with painful circumstances, reducing stress, building resilience and increasing confidence.
Eligibility Requirements
This program serves youth who have a parent, guardian, or sibling with cancer; who has passed away from cancer; is going through cancer; or is in remission from cancer; or who are struggling to deal with the aftermath cancer can cause.,
