The Allen Temple Baptist Church AIDS Ministry has developed a Leadership Development Program which encourages and assists other faith based churches or entities to create HIV/AIDS ministries or programs within their local communities. The ministry is focused on helping all people who have been affected by the pandemic regardless of religion, gender, race, disability, creed, sexual orientation, or national origin.
