Men/boys, Resident of Altadena, South Pasadena, Commerce, Covina, Lancaster, Los Angeles, Pacoima, Pasadena, Resident of Los Angeles County, Must be getting assistance from the Department of Children and Family Services and Department of Mental Health, Probation, special education programs or if the child is at risk of being placed in a group care home or has a history of multiple placements., Youth, Age: 11 – 17
