Join a leadership program for teens

Benicia Public Library Information Status

The teen-driven leadership program is for students in 8th-12th grade who are looking to make an impact in the community while learning essential peer team-building skills. After a short application process, the chosen teens will create a program, a series of events, or culminating experience during a 9-10 week period of time. Teens will be responsible for brainstorming ideas; planning, delegating, and executing the tasks as well as implementing the final outcome.
Schedule
This program is typically offered 3 times throughout the school year, with the first one starting early September.
