WSU Psychology Clinic offers a Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group which focuses on painful feelings and works to help individuals tolerate them better or even change them, rather than avoid them, and it teaches specific skills for doing so.

The group is in addition to individual therapy and all members must currently be receiving outpatient individual therapy.
