Mental Health Connections (formerly Putnam Clubhouse) Information Status

Mental Health Connection members visit adults diagnosed with mental illness at home. Visits can last up to 3 hours and may include watching a movie, playing games, sharing a meal, talking, or listening to music.
Schedule
The visit can last up to three hours. There is a maximum of three visits per person during a calendar year.
Eligibility Requirements
The person to be visited must be at least 18 years of age, reside in Contra Costa County, and have a diagnosed mental illness of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder., Age: 18+
