Downtown Brooklyn Young Adult Borough Centers (YABCs), in collaboration with Good Shepherd Services, offers afternoon and evening programs for high school students to earn a high school diploma. They may be behind in credits or have adult responsibilities that make it hard to attend school during the day. Students can take all their classes at the YABC or take classes at both their home school and the YABC (Shared Program). The YABCs are managed by Disctrict 79 and supported by the Learning to Work program. Graduation rate was 70% in 2018-2019.
