ACT offers a winter shelter for adults age 18+. People needing shelter must go to daily pickup location: in Palmdale at 4:30 PM at the parking lot at the southeast corner of 20th St. East and Palmdale Blvd; 5 PM at 10th St. East and Ave Q-12; 5:45 PM on the south side of Palmdale Blvd west of Third St.East; and 6:15 PM at Sierra Highway and Ave Q-7.
