San Francisco Safe House is a 18 month transitional housing program for homeless women in San Francisco ages 18 and up who were involved in commercial sex work. Services include individual case management and weekly evaluations with clinical staff, off-site substance abuse treatment, mental and dental care, individual and group therapy, food, clothing, nutrition education, fitness training, money management consultation, computer classes, on-site computer lab plus help locating permanent housing. During COVID-19, the services have switched to providing emergency hotel rooms, hygiene, and staff support to ensure safe distancing.
