Brooklyn Center for Independence of the Disabled (BCID)
The Open Doors Transition Program helps people in nursing homes and intermediate care facilities move back into the community, where they can live independently with support services.

Drop-in hours are offered on Wednesdays with an American Sign Language Interpreter for Deaf clients.
