The Peer Wellness Collective offers training to become a Medi-Cal peer support specialist as a part of their BestNow! program. This opportunity provides leadership development, empowerment, job training, and support for people with mental health and/or substance use recovery experience who are interested in joining the behavioral health field as Peer Support Specialists in Alameda County or becoming certified as a peer support specialist in California.
