Coop Tech's carpentry course teaches students basic carpentry skills, for residential and commercial construction that are applicable in both new construction and renovation/restoration. Students learn blueprint reading, proper use of hand and power tools, cabinet making and millwork, green carpentry, and residential building framing and finishing. The course includes trade related math including geometry, measuring and cost estimating.
