The Supportive Housing for Transition Aged Youth (STAY) program offers services to young adults living in Alameda County who are experiencing unstable housing, mental illness, substance abuse, low self-esteem, limited social and anger management skills, and a high risk for exposure to HIV and other STD infections.

Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
People with HIV/AIDS,
People with disabilities,
Resident of Alameda County,
Must have serious mental health disabilities that significantly impair their functioning in community living. Priority will be given to those who are homeless or at risk for homeless and meet the other noted criteria.,
