The 28-bedroom Banyan House provides transitional housing for 6 months to families with children who are coming from a shelter or similar facility looking to gain employment or attend school. Families get 1-2 private bedrooms and a bathroom and receive case management, life skills classes, employment training, parenting classes, children’s activities, and linkage to housing.
