Get review of your rent increase for San Leandro tenants

The City of San Leandro contracts with ECHO to facilitate rent reviews for tenants who have have rent increases exceeding 7% or exceeding more than two rent increases within a 12-month period.
Schedule
Hearing Request Form must be received by the City within 21 calendar days of your receipt of your Notice of Rent Increase.
