Information Status
Bridges of Hope is a faith-based resource center for reentry services and case management for individuals and families experiencing incarceration. Individuals receive help with healthcare, transportation, food, housing, employment, legal services, adult education, and family/social relations. A referral from the Santa Clara County Reentry Resource Center is required.

Saturday hours apply only on the first Saturday of the month.
Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Resident of Santa Clara County,
Must be referred by the Reentry Resource Center to Bridges of Hope.
