By the Bay Health offers palliative care to patients, which is designed to relieve the symptoms and stress of living with a serious, life-limiting illness. Patients can receive either comprehensive palliative care (care from an inter disciplinary team coordinated by an RN case manager), or consultative palliative care (care from a trained Palliative Care physician or Nurse Practitioner).
