Independent Living Resource Center of San Francisco (ILRCSF)
Information Status
ILRCSF offers Options Counseling (OC) to help individuals determine their long-term care needs, how to continue to live in their home sustainably, and how to receive necessary services in the community. OC is also available for people residing in nursing homes who want to know more about their options for transitioning back into the community.
