Call to sign up for a group nutrition class. Referrals are not required for group classes. Be prepared to provide your language (if you do not speak English), your name, and your AHS ID number (if you already have one).
Request a referral from your primary care provider for an individual appointment with an AHS dietitian. After you receive a referral, a clinic staff member will be able to make an appointment for you.
