"I’m unfortunately still receiving inadequate housing for a elder with significant physical disabilities. There are no programs which address the need to support people who have physical limitations and have been permanently disabled due to complex physical limitations not a severe psychiatrist disability. BACS does not support or assist with physical disabilities. They bill for services that are not received. The now are the only agency in town and if one attempts to have their civil rights acknowledged be aware that they will fight back ."

BACS hotel placement in Downtown Oakland is unsafe for clients, i.e. women, that are struggling to remain sober and feel safe. There are residents there that are mentally and emotionally unstable and have addiction struggles.
