Casa Esperanza provides temporary lodging for individuals and families whose family member is receiving treatment for cancer or another serious medical need in Albuquerque. The residence features twenty-eight rooms and four fully-stocked kitchens, a community dining area, a children's playground, Wi-Fi throughout the facility, Direct TV in each room, private bathrooms in each room, and a laundry room.
Eligibility Requirements
All patients must have an adult caregiver and live at least 50 miles outside the Albuquerque metro area.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Must provide verification of medical activity from healthcare provider. Medicaid patients must provide an authorization number and letter of medical necessity from their provider.

Cost Details
