Eligibility descriptionThe Clinic serves members of the Spanish-speaking community from across Ontario. They do not have a geographical catchment area, they are based in Toronto and provide legal services for those who meet their case selection and financial eligibility.
The number for the legal intake line is 416-533-0680. Intake is provided as follows: Thursdays from 10am to 1:00pm for Immigration and Refugee. *Note: Hours may be subject to change. Unfortunately everyone will not be able to get through to their line, but the Centre is working hard to answer as many calls as possible. Your call is important to them. Please be patient and keep trying. If you cannot get through to the Legal Intake Line: Contact your closest legal clinic. There are approximately 79 legal aid clinics in Ontario, each providing a variety of legal services. To find the phone number and addresses of the legal clinic closest to you, consult the white or yellow pages of your phonebook and look under “Legal Aid”. You can also visit Legal Aid Ontario’s website at www.legalaid.on.ca or call 416-979-1446.
