NIJC's LGBTQ Immigrant Rights Initiative provides legal services to immigrants who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBT) and those living with HIV.

People with HIV/AIDS,
Must be currently in the United States and unable to return to your home country because you have been persecuted in the past by the government or by a group that the government cannot or will not control or fear you will be persecuted in the future.
